Frustrated and confused

How has everyone gotten such early doctors appointments and already know their hcg levels? I had to switch doctors and the new one won't even have me in for an appt until I'm 7weeks. 
I had a m/c in July and this is only my second pregnancy so I'm just paranoid and want confirmation that everything is growing nicely.
