I'm 21 weeks.. & I've noticed a lot of petechiae appearing. My next ob appt is not until October 28... Anyone else experience this? Is it something I should be worried about or just norm with pregnancy? .. This is my first. 😁. Tia

That picture is super blurry, but I have one on my ring finger. I can't remember when it popped up. It's been there for a while now. I can't remember if I was pregnant or no :/ it could have very well popped up during early pregnancy. I'm 17 weeks 4 days now. I don't think I have any anywhere else

Oh, so they even have a name? Awesome! I have few, one on my face. I think they showed up pretty early in the pregnancy, hopefully they'll go away after.

Yup, all over my chest and shoulders. I was told its normal in pregnancy and they should go away. If not, they are easily removed by dermatologist. I hope they go away on their own!

I have literally had these all my life and had no idea what they were or if they had a name and I've asked docs but have up because no one have me an answer! You have solved my mystery!!! 
I have a lot and have noticed they either get darker or more since I've become pregnant!

I literally just asked my OB about this today! I noticed one on my shoulder and freaked out thinking I was getting skin cancer or something. She said they're normal and not harmful and she had one on her face. She also said they usually go away after birth, but of not they're easy to have taken care of by a dermatologist. I'm 37 weeks saturday but I think I've had them for a while.
