In a slump

I've been working out for the last 3 months and have had a lot of progress. But the last few weeks I've wanted to be lazy, eat bad food, (I do allow a cheat day) and have only worked out 6 days instead of 7 and my motivation is dwindling down. How do I get out of this funk? I'm trying a new workout video to change it up but I don't even want to do it at all. I force myself to do it. I think part of it is that I've stopped losing weight and inches as quickly as I was before. Please any suggestions?
