I know this is in no way related to any of the posts on here, but I'm somewhat desperate. So my parents were married for a year and a half, then they got divorced. I was only 10 months old (obviously not even a year old yet). At the age of 3, my mom passed away. So by the time I was 5 years old my grandparents(on my mom's side) adopted me so my dad wouldn't have custody of me. Now I'm 18 years old and somewhat curious. I've looked my dad up once before, but today I've managed to look more thoroughly. I'm 99.9% sure that I've found him on Facebook (I have pictures of him besides the ones he has posted). One day I'll probably end up messaging him, but I know today is not that day. I know that one day I will, but I want to know what I should possibly say when I do message him. I don't know what the right thing to say is or what I want to say?
