How do you feel about teenage girls being able to go to their boyfriends house?

I have never in my life been allowed to step foot inside a boyfriend's house. I used to be a bad kid and sneak around and lie to my parents, but it was because I wasn't allowed to go to my boyfriends house and just watch a movie or cuddle or play video games. I feel like because of the restraints I had put on me, when I found a way to get free I went crazy. So would you let your child go to her boyfriends house? Please explain no matter what the response, I'd love to hear your two cents 😊

My mom never let me do anything, let alone have a boyfriend at 17. She moved out of the state and left me homeless when I was 18, and had to build myself up from there, and my boyfriend who I met after she left moved in with me after I was established and it really did t matter what she said, or allowed me to do at that point. Just my experience, and my boyfriend is still living with me happier than ever 😄

I'm 17 and I'm kind of similar to you. my mom would never let me go over my boyfriend house until this year and wen I did start getting freedom I went crazy bcuz I never had it before. I always felt it was unfair bcuz she would let my little brother do whatever he wants and I had all the reatraints. But I feel like moms should trust their daughters and allow dem to go over their boyfriend house because If they don't it will make it slot worse. Strict parents creates sneaky kids........

I wasn't allowed over my first bf house. So I snuck over there and honestly, we did a lot of sexual stuff (not intercourse though). I don't know if I was even allowed in a boy's home.

However, my mom loosened up with my current bf and I was allowed over there. Even could sleepover. That made everything different. We hung out and it would be hours before we would even kiss each other. We just enjoyed each other's company.

Idk if it's because I.matured or because I was trusted to be responsible which is why there was a difference. I won't have that same rule with my future kids. I mean, they won't be able to sleepover until I see.some maturity or a certain age but yes they can go to that person's house. That's how you develop a relationship with the family and learn responsibility. Plus, hopefully prevents sneaking out.

My mom trusted me and I loved her so much for it. It showed me that she trusted me and made me actually trust her more too. And I knew she was trusting me to be good, which made me want to make good choices to prove her right.

I met my boyfriend when I was a kid cause of our mums being friends and all. My mum trusted him and my dad didn't really care. Even after my mum found out he took my virginity, she still accepts him cause of how he treats me.

I started dating my boyfriend when I was 13 & he was 14 & just texted him which wasn't so serious we would go on & off but until we hit high school that's when things got serious. I became 15 & wanted to start spending time with him & that's when we started haveing a serious relationship . Although my mom was in denial about it until I turned 16 & so I waited until I was 16 & to be honest I thank my mom because I'm more mature than what I was & age does matter cause lots of things could happen. Now he's 18 & I'm 17 & it's great ! I love that we've always just been with eachother.

For all the girls who say that you would want them at your house so you can watch them, that's what my mom says too! Its not a bad thing, I'm just saying that's what she thinks too Lol. My response is always "well don't you think they want to watch their kid? They're putting their trust in you, so cant you put your trust in them?"

I have been to my boyfriends house but he comes here every weekend to stay the night and during Christmas we are going to Texas together ❤️
