Vagina Discoloration

I have terrible discoloration around my vagina (my bikini area). I'm 21 and I've never been comfortable wearing bikini cause of how bad they are. I'm in a serious relationship with someone and I'm scared and embarrassed for him to see it. It's making me very uncomfortable and I can't be myself with him and it's affecting our relationship. I was never comfortable with it but always manage to get away with it but now that I'm older, I would like to have a nice bikini area and be comfortable around my man. HELP PLEASE!!! I don't know what to do do about it
