Monday levels 6465
Tuesday gestational sac visible
Today levels 20,465
Yolk sac visible
Told they should've seen a fetal pole with my levels.
Not feeling very optimistic :( 
Anyone have anything similar happen??

No, but everyone is different. We saw baby and HR when my levels were around 8-10,000 during week 6. Some people don't see baby till closer to 8 weeks, if you aren't cramping or bleeding try not to worry too much yet.

Don't worry until there is something to worry about. I won't have an US before 8 weeks now. It makes you worry too much I think. Best of luck
