Need advice

We just started TTCing again. I have a regular 28 day cycle always on time. Well I am now 3 days late with 2 bfn .. Took a test last night and this morning. When should I test again? It's driving me nuts!! I felt cramping on CD 21 totally thought that may have been implantation cramping.
