Worried ive lost them

Im what was calculated 12 weeks.

I started bleeding with tiny clots 14th oct. (Would have been period date) my last period was 14th july.

I went for a scan at epu, they found 3 gestation sacs, too small to be 12 weeks. Measures 18mm for 2 of them and 13mm the other.

There were shadows in the sacs but theyre not saying if theres any babys or not... i have another scan 20th oct to see if anythings growing or if theyve stopped or ive miscarried.

I am so scared and worried sick. Anyone had anything of the sort? Cant get hold of my midwife at all or anything. Im lost. Feel numb. How do you cope with all this :(
