If so do they have the option for harmony test in this state? If so who is your doctor?

With my first child, we got a positive quad screen with a 1/11 chance of downs. They did the harmony test instead of an amniocentesis. That was in 2012 though and the test wasn't cleared by the FdA yet. So everyone was paying out of pocket. It ended up being about $150. 
With this pregnancy, we wanted to see if we could opt for the Harmony first instead of doing the quad screen at all. But insurance wouldn't cover it, (because I'm not over 35, and haven't gotten a positive quad screen with this pregnancy) they quoted $795 out of pocket this time. (We have united healthcare) So we aren't doing it. 
It is available in Utah, but for it to be covered by your insurance you have to meet one of the criteria for need. Over 35 years old, positive quad screen, ultra sound showing risk of downs, or previous child with chromosome disorders.
