Really weird hope someone has had the same

Well I'm 40+6days pregnant and if I put my hand near my belly button I can feel as if water is running under my skin my partner has felt it to but I'm confused to why it is happening . I have looked on the Internet and can not find an answer to it so I wondered if anyone else had experienced this and knew what it was ? Thanks x
