Please need help

Hi I am 10 weeks and 4days pregnant I took some Tylenol about a hour ago I haven't had pain in my belly at all actually me and my husband felt baby push a little a hour ago only one time but just now before bed I went to pee and I wiped and there was light blood on the toilet paper nothing in my urien here is a picture sorry for the picture but only way you guys can actually see. Should I be concerned?
