Did anyone get symptoms WAY early in their pregnancy?

On Oct 3 (one of my fertile days) I had sex. My projected ovulation day was supposed to be on Oct 7th. Ever since around the 5th, I've been nauseous, sick, emotional, cramping, bloating, tender nipples, etc. on the 9th, I actually had small spotting!! My projected period is due in 10 days, but as of now it doesn't seem like I'll get it. 
I was wondering how many people got symptoms fast around the day they conceived? And how many got positive pregnancy tests in that timeframe? If I did conceive, I would only be 3w1d which is SUPER early.

I was extremely bloated starting 5dpo and got queezy in the am and night 5dpo and 6dpo then the sore boobs kicked in. At 9dpo I woke up w two hot flashes and 10dpo I got my faint positive. Oh and I was irritable haha

I actually got symptoms before a bfp. I went to the er for a kidney infection. I had taken a frer the day before and it was a bfn. I thought the back pain and nausea I was dealing with must have been a kidney infection which I get kind of frequently. But they Sid I was clear of infection and had no stone ((again I get kidney stones all the time)). They did an hcg blood test and it came back below 1. The doc looked right at me and took me to take a pregnancy test in a week. And sure enough...now I'm 5 weeks and 3 days

I actually had "afternoon sickness" the day after conception, so it is possible. I don't know if this applies to you, but I've read several places that the more children you have, the sooner you know. That really is true. My first pregnancy, it was 4 weeks or so, my second was 2-3, and this, my third, was the next day. And I had other symptoms very soon too, like within several days to a week.

My grandma always started having morning sickness and feeling pregnant the next day after conception so it is possible. Every woman is different

The hCg might be what causes the symptoms, but when you conceive, chemical changes happen in your body. I've been told, by medical professionals, that you can have symptoms from the chemical reaction of the conception before you ever feel the symptoms from hCg.

Eh... I hate to burst a bubble but that is much too early. The hcg is what caused the symptoms and there's no way you'd have enough to hcg to cause that. I would say it's an increase in hormones - possibly from fertilization! But you'll notice a big difference from hormone side effects to hcg side effects.
