Has anyone dyed their hair during pregnancy?

As a licensed cosmetologist we usually recommend waiting until the second trimester.

It's much safer to get your hair done by a stylists and to get highlights, low lights, etc. the actual dying of all your hair or the whole head allows for more to be absorbed by the scalp. Very little touches your scalp when using foils. Hope that helps.

My friend did for her wedding she was already heading into her 2nd trimester and she was given the okay to redye her hair

I did it when I was pregnant. I think I waited until 10 weeks but continued throughout the pregnancy. It was totally fine.
