Symptom help

Hey ladies! So I am currently 6 dpo, I started cramping and having ovary twinges/pinching a day before I ovulated and the day of ovulation (totally normal for me). I continued to have cramping but no twinges up until 5dpo. Starting at 5 and today I have been having pinching sensations again that are alternating from my left side to my right side (in what I imagine is the ovary area) but primarily on the left side. Is this normal? Sign of pregnancy/implantation? It's been consistent. Otherwise I have no other symptoms. This is not normal for me and I don't have PCOS. Thanks for the help ladies!
