Please help. Confusing.

Anonymous • So AF is supposed to arrive on 18 Oct. Yesterday afternoon when I wiped there was some blood (red in colour) so I thought AF was early because I had cramps also. But the last night there was nothing and still today there's nothing and no cramps any more. What could it be?
