High Fever During TWW. AF due Oct. 16

AF due 10/16. 11th month TTC Baby #1. Had a 102 degree fever all day on 7dpo with no other symptoms. Do you think that has anything to do with fertility? Now I'm 9dpo and feeling nauseous. Should I be concerned? Got a BFN today on Wondfo test.
