I have a cold! Help

I'm 25 weeks one day and have had a horrible cold for about a week. My nose is so plugged up and no amount of blowing snot out is helping. My throat is so scratchy and hurts. I've got a horrible sounding cough. I can't get ahold of my doctor so I don't know what I can take. Any suggestions on what I could do to get rid of this?
