Is anyone else embarrassed to exercise in front of their SO?

I've been waning to do my squats and wall pushups but I really don't want SO looking at me. For some reason, it makes me feel weird. :( please tell me I'm not the only one

It's silly cause he's my husband and obviously he has seen me in my best and worse lights. But I can't stand the thought of working out in front of him

I can only workout in front of my husband if hes working out to. I cant just get up off the couch and start doing squats and lunges while hes watching tv. I know thats absurd but thats how it is

I feel like my husband would tease me. It's our way of flirting so it doesn't bother me most of the time but I think it would make me nervous when working out. I already hate working out.

My SO teases me. He makes fun of me for doing "baby" exercises. I have a gym membership to get away from him. He never works out but his job is labor intensive.
