Shaving

Just curious ladies to see if I am normal! When you shave down yonder do you notice it irritates you several days later? Especially after walking long distances? I don't know why but I never took notice to it until recently. Then I shave again and the irritation goes away for a while. Until the hair starts to grow back? Anyone else experience this ? Any remedies? Thanks girls!
