Painful breasts

BabyCC • Sun, Oct 11 • Off the pill for more than 2 ears but TTC properly for about 6 month. This journey has been more difficult than expected

I normally have sensitive breasts before AF but this time they really hurt like never before. I can barely walk and can't bend over without them hurting if I don't have a bra on. I am not sure if I hurt them at the gym but I haven't been in the past 3 days and is on the bottom part of breasts. Any of you ladies have any ideas what it could be???
