I had an early miscarriage last month on sept 13th at 4 weeks and 3 days after testing positive for a week. My levels dropped back down to zero and I ovulated again on the 29th of September... I started testing positive again on October 7th and I'm 12 dpo today. I don't have any of the symptoms I had last month like loss of appetite or extremely sore breasts but I did have implantation bleeding that was brown discharge on 10 dpo and was gone after 1 wipe.
