Has anyone had or have a really red/swollen gum over one tooth in the first trimester?

Girl, all of my gums. The gums along my upper teeth are super red and swollen. My dentist told me it's common and now I'm going again in 4 months instead of 6 just to be sure. Floss at least twice a day and add some mouthwash if you don't already. Our poor teeth are really susceptible to issues in the first trimester! :(
