Call your OB or go to your ER. They can test your hcg levels. Bleeding isn't always a miscarriage. If it's only spotting but if you have pain with bleeding could be. So call your OB.

My miscarriages started out like that. I called the Obgyn and they brought me in for blood work to get my levels tested. My bleeding got a lot worse within 24hrs though. If you don't see more than that, you should be fine. Some spotting can be normal in early pregnancy.

Yes like te ladies said if it subsides you will be fine. If you start to see chunks or red sand looking particles when you go to use the restroom go to the ER or to your OB. The red chunks or sand partials are tissue, that's not a good sign.
