Baby daddy in jail anyone else?

Just wondering if there is anyone in my situation, that can relate to my struggles. The baby's father is still in the picture but is in jail and has been for about five months. Anyone else going threw this???? Looking for someone to talk to that understands

I wasn't going to put this out there but since I understand how you feel I will share.  My fiance had a warrent put out on him because of an unpaid fine from several years ago(he was homeless following his release from the army)He turned himself in last month so that he wouldn't have it hanging over him when our little girl gets here/and so we could apply for a marriage license when he gets out. He has to do 25 days in jail plus pay the fine. He gets out in exactly a week and I am so excited for him to come home. I can't imagine him being gone for 5 months!  I'm so sorry your going thru that, it's so hard especially when your 6 months pregnant. I spent the last two weeks getting the house and space ready for our baby girl to help distract me but I still get upset over him being gone.  Does your BF have a release date?   Just know you aren't alone :)

Why? why would u put your self and ur child through that? I say move on and find a non criminal

Same situation, I have a daughter that's 2 and another due in 3 months and he won't be released any time soon its very stressful..

I was in the same situation like you 14 yrs ago. My daughter's dad got in jail and I was 16 yrs old. It was very hard for me to raise my daughter on my own but somehow I finished high school and found a job. I understand what you are going through! It's not easy!
