Mild Cramps?

Ok ladies, according to Glow I am 4 weeks 5 days today. I have been experiencing mild cramps since my expected period date (the 2nd of last month). I was just wondering if anyone has experienced the same thing and how long did it last? I am going to schedule my first baby appointment this week and will ask further questions then. But for now, your input is very helpful!
