Take a pregnancy test and find out. Posting a picture of your stomach isn't going to give you any results. You could be pregnant, you could be bloated. ONLY a pregnancy test can tell you that, not a bunch of random girls looking at a picture.

to me that's a small baby bump probably no more then MAYBE 7 weeks

If you aren't already pregnant and you're asking for someone to tell you if your pregnant by the size of your belly then even at 4 weeks your baby would be smaller than a sweet pea. It would be bloat.
