Anyone get pregnant after a mc before there first period? Did it end healthy?

Ii would like to hear any  stories on this good or bad. I had a miscarriage last Wednesday at 5w5d and i just want to be pregnant like now. I did not have to have a d&c so everything was natural. My hcg was back to 0 the next day. It's been 6 days and I'm taking ops everyday. I Google everything going all day long. Honestly I feel like it has become an obsession....

I had a miscarriage on September 2nd and found out I was pregnant again September 26th and never had a cycle in between. I'm now 5w5d and so nervous. I can't stop checking for blood everytime I go to the bathroom even though my hcg numbers are better this time. Any good stories would be great.

I also would like to know stories. I had a mc September 14th and my hcg was at a 0 four days later and now I'm 3 weeks later and I'm pregnant. So I'm extremely nervous I had a miscarriage at 4 weeks due to hormone imbalance
