Bad news?? Confused?? Miscarriage??

Hello! So I got 2 positive pregnancy tests on October 8th. I went to the dr. Today and they said the urine test they conducted came back negative. They done blood work and should have results for me in the morning. Has anyone else had this happen? We're you pregnant when the results came back? Or did they inform you that you had a miscarriage? I'm so nervous & scared. But I'm hoping that it's because I took the test later in the day. They didn't get to see us until 1:00 he had to deliver a baby and I had already used the bathroom several times. And the best time to test is first thing in the mornings when the hormones have built up in your system over night. So fingers crossed for me!!!

I had this in April. It wasn't FMU so their test was negative but blood work positive.

Yes it happened to me. I had a positive pregnancy test went to the Dr the next day the urine test and blood test was negative 2 days later I tested again day of missed period and it was yet again positive. Went to the Dr that day and got a positive on both tests. She is now 2 years old :) good luck

It happened to me last cycle. Positive on a cheapie, clearblue and frer. 3 days in a row. Negative on a digital (they require more hcg hormone). Doc did 2 cheapie urine tests. He said negative but I could see the line. On the 3rd day I started bleeding and cramping heavily. I would have been 5 weeks. It's called a chemical pregnancy. It's an early loss before a sac can be seen on an ultrasound (usually 6 weeks). Some hcg is produced so if you're testing early or have irregular cycles you can catch it. It was so devestating. Still waiting for my cycle to come back. Bleed very heavy for 2 days and then normal period for the rest. Had severe cramping and passing clots. It was a mess. Thinking of you.

Yes, all my home pregnancy test were positive and then when I went to the doctor and the test they gave me was negative. They gave me a blood test! And now I'm 7 weeks. The test that they give you at the doctor are less sensitive then the store bought ones.

The blood test will confirm if you are indeed pregnant. Can you post pics of your pregnancy tests?

I had a negative urine test and positive blood work. Those urine test they use are less sensitive than the ones you use at home

Hello ladies! Just wanted to give everyone an update. The Drs office Called today & the blood test came back negative as well. 😫💔 they really different answer any questions just said that I was not pregnant at this time. So I guess it means a chemical pregnancy from all the research. I had to have 3 positive hpt results for a reason.... Hopefully we can try again soon & have a great outcome.

It just depends. I had 10 positive HPT, then got a negative blood test. Found out I was miscarrying. Just wait and see! Everyone has a different experience.
