Not feeling well at night

I'm 29 weeks and for the last couple of weeks or so I haven't been feeling great at night. My cheeks get really red and hot and most times I get a headache. Just had a doctors appointment and blood pressure and glucose test were okay but I didn't really mention the hot face. Anyone else experiencing this? Something to worry about or just normal pregnancy stuff?
