I don't know what is wrong but something is definitely wrong. It's like a sensitive/ burning sensation. What do I do?

Do you feel itching? It could also be a yeast infection.

Definitely go to the doctor if it doesn't clear up any time soon. If your back hurts esp around your kidneys go the the dr asap could be a kidney infection and the can be serious.

I get UTIs regualr-ish and I know because I just feel off. Other symptoms for me include inability to pass urine and when I do it burns like hell.
