My Dad's birthday is soon and I need present ideas!

My fathers 48th birthday is October 17th. Every year I've bought him Chicago Cubs hats and shirts or Green Bay Packers stuff. While he is a HUGE sports fanatic, I would like to make this year a little better. I'm really not all that creative right now. I've been under a lot of stress and now, I'm stressing this! It would be a relief to give him a great birthday. He is a simple man to please. He loves sports, outdoors, animals, music and being a handyman. So all ideas are welcome. 😊✌🏼️❤️
