Any Femara/Letrozole ladies out there?

I'm in my 2nd month on Femara, first month no luck, this month AF due 10/19. I was diagnosed with unknown infertility, all the tests came back just fine for me and DH. If there's ladies who can share their experience and results with me it will be greatly appreciated. Baby dust to all of you!
