UTI; which Doctor?

I'm pretty sure I have a UTI, every time I peed it burned so much and I was wondering if I can go to the gyno or do I have to go to the doctor? I drank baking soda with water and it helped, but if burned towards the end plus it tasted so bad I don't want to drink it again. I bought cranberry juice too and it doesn't work, So what kind of doctor to go to? I just want to go to a gyno tbh.

There's tablets you can take that make your pee orange but take the pain away completely, it will hold you over til you can go to the doctor and get medicine for your uti to go away

I was just diagnosed with a UTI this afternoon. I could feel it coming on at work and downed two bottles of water and half a big bottle of cranberry juice hoping to flush it out... No luck! I asked the doctor if it was even possible to get rid of a UTI like that and she said it was not likely. 
Better go ahead and see a doctor and get on those antibiotics... You don't want to let the infection get too bad or you will be miserable!

Either a general practitioner or an obgyn. It doesn't matter. You'll just have to pee in a cup so they can test for bacteria is all.

You can try this over the counter medicine called Azo (usually by the pads and tampons). It works great for mild UTIs.
