I need help

I have a question i need help with i had my iud on dec 23 14 then on jun 15 it mange to implant it self to uterus wall they took it out and then since 2 weeks i had a random bleeding and call my doc then they did a pregnancy blood work came back neg and orders a ultrasound today i called and they said they cant see the endometrium wall there is something blocking the way can any one help if anyone had the same situation i cant wait till tomorrow i feel lost thank you for reading and trying to help this group is really helpful
