Painful sex?

My husband and I have been trying to consive but lately sex is just uncomfortable and painful (By the lower part of my abdomen) Positions don't really change the situation...
And he thinks I'm just not Into him anymore... But it's just uncomfortable for me..... I know this isn't a question but anyone ever experienced this befor? How to Deal with something like this?

I experienced this an my bf felt the same way so o told him the truth an he was very gentle with me but get checked found I had cysts on my right ovary an the reason for the pain was because it burst during sex

Thank you ladies. When I was younger I was told I had cysts and I got it taken care of. It never crossed my mind that this is what might be going on at this point too. Thank you for your replies once again ☺️
