Pregnant and didn't the the QUAD test?

I'm 22 weeks today.

Due February 15th.

I was supposed to get my QUAD test done between 16 and 20 weeks, but couldn't at the time for personal reasons. My doctor said it's not recommended because no one in my family has had any abnormalities.

I don't think I can get it now, because of it being too late. Did anyone else not get this test done? I just wanted to take the test to be prepared for anything like of the sort.

*the QUAD test is a blood test to check for abnormalities like spina bifida, down syndrome & other things like that.
