Currently 7weeks 4 days pregnant. So over the last week I had some spotting like a light pinkish peach colour and that went on for 2 days, I told my midwife and she said if it carrys on to tell her but the next day I woke up and it had gone away, its been about 2 or 3 days now since it stopped but tonight I noticed its come back and am having quite an unpleasant pain in my lower back and occasionally my tummy, could It be that im misscarrying?... :(
