Cost of Clomid and Sperm Analysis? ??

So since we have TTC for 10months now with no luck, my doctor has ordered a sperm analysis for my husband and Clomid for me. .. I know Insurance doesn't cover fertility, Can someone tell me what these will cost us out of pocket?

Sperm analysis at RE 180$ check if insurance covers it. Mine covers diagnostic, which it falls under so its covered. Clomid: 7$ at walmart pharmacy

Sperm analysis was either $100 or $150 for us, I forget. I pay $13 for Clomid at giant eagle!
