What ab exercises are ok while pregnant?

Hi! I'm ten weeks and 2 days pregnant today with my first baby. Prior to learning I was pregnant, I was an avid weight lifter and worked out at least 10 hours a week. Ever since I got pregnant, I have been completely drained of energy and motivation, and only crap food didn't make me want to vomit. FINALLY I'm feeling well enough to work out, and I've been researching what's safe. But I can't seem to find much on which abdominal exercises are ok to continue once pregnant. Does anyone have any insight?
