Please help me.

Has anyone missed their period? I'm about 13 days late. Yes I'm sexually active. I've taken 2 at home pregnancy tests. Last month I was 7 days late but I did get my period. This month I've had no sign I was supposed to get my period the 1st and it's the 14 and nothing, I'm usually 2-3 days late from what glow says. I have been under a lot of stress at work and I was sick from September 20th - October 4th I kept getting colds. Can anyone help ease my fears I'm panicking thinking I might have an ectopic pregnancy or cancer. Idk what to do... I don't want to go to the gynocologist until I'm sure I've not had a period, my boobs have been sore and I've had mild cramping but no blood or spotting.
