Crazy stuff

Based on my last period I am 7 weeks, but today I went to the hospital because I had bleeding - no pain - but after having a miscarriage last year and then trying for over a year well, I guess you can say I was scared. So I went to the hospital and they did an ultra sound, they told me the baby was measuring at 5 weeks and 3 days and my HCG is 1900! Did a pelvic exam and the doctor told me that he couldn't see "fresh blood" it was all brown. So he said he thought it was implantation! Let's hope it is. But bottom line is has this ever happened to anyone else? Thanks so much
