Brown spotting

Freaking out a little. I went to the bathroom and when I wiped there was brown on the toilet paper. I am 7 weeks 3 days today. I have had 2 miscarriages, but I did not have any symptoms letting me know I miscarried. I went for an ultrasound and the heartbeat stopped. Should I be worried about the brown blood?  Has anyone had this and then went on to have a healthy pregnancy?  TIA
