Has anyone on here dealt with dhr and child support? I've been dealing with them since November of last year and we have had 2 court dates so far,he hasn't shown for either because he kept giving me the wrong address,well we have another court date next Thursday,and they had the correct address but he has recently moved,again! And I don't have the address..so what will happen this time? Will they bump it to another court date again? He is $8,000 behind..doesn't help me whatsoever with our son period no clothes,school supplies,insurance,absolutely nothing!   Any idea what may happen if he does actually show this time? Even tho he has never actually recorded paper work I have always sent a text a few days before letting him know about it and I will do the same this time that way he can't lie and say he didn't know about it. I'm just tired of getting the run a round with dhr and him! Dhr has had his income tax $3,200 on hold since June and I still haven't recieved that! It's so frustrating! Any advice or input would be great! Also,I'm not sure if this would affect anything or not but his new wife just recently went to jail the 14th of September for selling drugs she has a court date the 19th to determine wether or not she will goto prison For this because she also failed a drug test that day in court for cocaine and pot. And she keeps giving her money while she's in jail. If he can pay that he can help support our son right? Also he isn't allowed to see him unless supervised right now.
