Pregnant with UTI

So I am 6 weeks and 4 days pregnant, and received a phone call from my OB yesterday morning saying I have a UTI. She prescribed me Penicillin VK 500mg. I was already nauseous before this medicine and now I am extremely nauseous to the point where I can't get out of bed! And I'm having horrible stomach pains. Has anyone ever had this reaction from an antibiotic? I don't want to go on anti-nausea medicine. I just need some advice on how to ease this up! :(
