Having a hard time

4 weeks ago my baby became really fussy I took her to the doctor because I couldn't understand the reason why.i was breastfeeding I had to stop because I thought my breast milk was making her fussy.i heard not every kid digest breast milk well. I took her to her pediatrician they didn't help me all I got was "every baby goes through colics".which I understand this is not my first child.but it gets overwhelming when I have to give my child medicine 3 times a day everyday other wise she would crying all day with no sleep.in my heart I feel like that's not ok it's something wrong with my baby.it doesn't matter what we do to calm her down the only thing that works it's the medicine.i got another appointment tomorrow if they can't help me I'm changing pediatricians.also I forgot to say they found hyperthyroid in her blood exam.one doctor told me they did the other one said its not serious.whats does that even mean? Something is not right I'm at the point where I cry when she cry. My heart tells me is something wrong
