Is it normal that baby's hanging out low?

So I'm 16-17 weeks and normally baby is middle of pelvic bone and belly button. But today I couldn't find his heart beat until I was almost at my pelvic bone. Is that normal?

Mine is head down, way down low at 16 weeks.   I asked Dr if I should be worried and she said no.  He/she should move around a bit.  Good luck!

My little monster sits low and likes kicking my pelvic floor. Dr said it was fine. He isn't in anyway being harmed. Just move a little slower and take rest when you need to. It is a lot of pressure there.
