Removal of implantation started birth-control pills no period still

I got my implant removed on the sept 15 and I started the pill the same day, I'm done with my pills for the month and no period ? I did have unprotected sex with my fiancé couple times but I'm worried the pills didn't take effect on time. Right now oct 13 I had "egg white" discharge does that mean I'm ovulating?? Should I start my new pack of pills since its time for a new pack ?
