Should I be worried??

My boyfriend and I had sex for the first time last night, and ended up having it two more times (early morning and late morning). I'm on the ring, but have been taking some antibiotics the last three days to kick some sickness I have. I downloaded a fertility tracker and apparently day is the ovulation day... Eff. No symptoms yet of anything unusual, but on a scale of 1-10, how concerned should I be? Things to look out for? Little worried...
