I gave birth to my LO 5 days ago it was a rough 25 hour labor , no epidural because of issues and it was also a back labor , I also had an episiotomy . My question is my vaginal pain is still really really bad I have to waddle to walk and sitting down is painful, I have tucks dermaplast and even padsicles which I can't use cause there too cold, any how , how much pain is a problem could something have gone wrong or is this pain normal and when will it lessen ?
